1- Product Induction 

    S-203 series environment-friendly printing adhesive is a copolymer emulsion of acrylic ester and a variety of functional monomers. This series of products are mainly used in coating printing, imitation active printing and other fields. The product has good stability, soft feel after printing, resistance to dry grinding, wet grinding, colorless and transparent film, suitable for all kinds of fabrics such as cotton, polyester and other paint printing processing.

3-Application

S-203 adhesive: 15%-30%
S-301 thickener: 2.5%-3.5%
Printing paste: 1%-4% (add according to process requirements)
Water: Increase to 100%
Note: The product is effectively dried and baked at 120ºC for 3 minutes, the temperature and time meet the requirements, and the adhesive has the best performance.

1, Directly used for printing paste: 203 adhesive, color paste, water according to a certain amount of beater bucket, start low speed mixing, evenly add quantitative 301 thickener under mixing. After adding, turn on the high speed mixing, make the mixing flow up and down, beat for 15 minutes through filtration.
2, Thickening agent to do the original pulp: add quantitative water in the beater bucket, stir, the 301 thickening agent evenly added to the bucket dispersion, the beating process to make the stirring up and down several times, so that it is evenly dispersed, do printing paste standby pulp. (such as 203 adhesive 15-30%, color paste 1-4%, spare paste added to 100%).

5-Package &Storage

Storage 
1- Acrylic Emulsion should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, avoid direct sunlight, and the storage temperature is 5 to 35 °C.
2- The effective storage period is six months from the date of packaging

3- It is recommended to dilute with deionized water. If you need to add powder, it is better to use non-ionic pigment wetting agent.
